Who we are
North East Meat Mart is a food-delivery service run by Emusha Traders, a sole proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India. We take orders and provide customer support over WhatsApp.
What we collect
When you place an order with us, we collect only what we need to fulfil it:
- Your name and WhatsApp number
- Your delivery address and the location you share with us
- Your order details (items, quantities, delivery window)
- Payment confirmation for online payments (processed by our payment provider)
How we use it
We use your information solely to take your order, confirm and process payment, deliver to you, provide support, and send you order-related updates over WhatsApp. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Payments
Online payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services needed to complete your order — our delivery staff and our payment provider — and where required by law. Messaging is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
Retention
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are removed.
Your choices
